Vegan Neptune’s Salad

Ingredients:Vegan Neptune's Salad
10 oz. Raw Almonds (Crushed) 
3 Carrots (Coarsely Grated) 
3 Green Onions (Chopped) 
2 Tbsp Parsley (Finely Chopped) 
1 tbsp Dill Weed (Finely Chopped) 
1/4 lb of Fresh Seaweed Salad (I like Harris Teeters Recipe) 

1 ½ cup Veganaise (or Mayonnaise, for vegetarians
The juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation:
1.Texture is important here -- especially for the nuts 
2. Mix ingredients in large mixing bowl 
3. Allow to set & cool for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator 
4. Serve on room temperature pita or flax seed crackers
