Skin care isn't just about hiding flaws, it's about making smart health decisions. Healthy skin is beautiful skin!  So, if you're eating a lot of fruits and veggies in an effort to stay healthy there are some vegetables that are better than others. The Environmental Working Group released its latest Shopper’s Guide to Pesticides in Produce
Apple with skull and crossbonesalong with its annual “Dirty Dozen” list, which outlines the 12 fruits and vegetables that contain the most pesticides. The group also debuted their "Clean 15" list so you'll know which produce is safe for you and yours.

Apples are the number one loser yet again due to the pesticide diphenylamine (which isbanned in Europe) was present on 80 percent of American apples. Hot peppers — in 12th place in 2013 — along with kale and collard greens were placed on a “Dirty Dozen Plus” list (still not a distinguished honor... ) that includes produce with minimal amounts of insecticides.
